Having worked alongside some of Australia's best tax accountants over ten years, Samantha has helped many businesses of various sizes - from typical mum-and-dad businesses to Global firms. Samantha provides practical, relevant and cost-effective commercial advice to help clients achieve their business and life goals.

Passionate about growing businesses, Samantha loves finding the best ways to manage and minimise taxes and solve business problems. A straight-shooter, Samantha always keeps you informed about your financial position, explaining your numbers in easy-to-digest terms.

Beginning her morning with Yoga, Samantha’s busy mind soon takes her to the day ahead, followed by her must-have morning coffee. On the weekends you’ll find Samantha enjoying brunch with friends, savouring a New Farm Portuguese tart and spoiling her two cats.

Passionate about empowering women and improving education for children, Samantha holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting. She is a member of both Chartered Accountants ANZ and the National Tax & Accountants Association. Samantha holds a Certificate of Public Practice as a registered tax agent.

Elise completed a Bachelor of Accounting at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2017, followed by a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance at the same university. During her studies, she developed exceptional finance and data analytical skills, which laid the foundation for her career.

After graduation, Elise embarked on her career as a financial crime analyst in one of the major banks, where she demonstrated her analytical skills and eyes for detail.
Since joining Spark, Elise has provided invaluable support to SME business and investment clients across various industries, offering professional advice on broad taxation and structuring.

Elise specialises in interpreting financial results, identifying risks, uncovering opportunities, and suggesting areas for improvement. She takes pride in communicating effectively with her clients and ensuring they fully understand their financial landscape.

In her free time, she enjoys running with her friends and dancing.

For any software issues, Mark is the one who can fix them. Armed with great technical skills, Mark assists with all software problems, both internally and externally.
He enjoys challenges arising from various software issues and finding solutions.

Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology in 2021. He was recognised for outstanding academic excellence by completing his degree with a First Class Honours in Software Engineering.
